Return and Refund Policy

At Roseberry Preservation, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage upon delivery; take pictures of your damaged product and send the pics to us via email. We will promptly arrange a replacement. We cannot accept returns on items that were later damaged by you upon delivery of the product or during the time you pick-up your packaged from your delivery supplier.
