I'm Alice, owner of Roseberry Preservations wonderful to meet you. I am Jamaican born have lived in Canada for the past 27 years. I have two children. I have a son in high school and a daughter who is in College.

 

I am a Website Designer. This website that you are visiting was created by me using WIX. I am also a Freelance Food and Lifestyle Photographer, a Food Stylist, a Recipe Developer, and Professional Baker and Cake Designer. However, my passion is in creating delicious, unique, and yummy gourmet food items.

The name for my preserve company came about from a day trip from Port Hope to Bowmanville. It was a very lush area along a country road. I kept the name Roseberry for four years. Then just two weeks before Covid-19 was announced by the Ontario government. I decided there would be no better time than the present to start creating those preserves I have been making and consuming with my family over the years.

It's a pleasure to bring you these products that I hope will be a fantastic addition to your pantry for many years to come. One important title I am happy to wear and is Fudge Maker. New to Roseberry Preservations is our delicious, creamy, smooth-tasting Fudge in three different flavors. First off our Salted Caramel Toffee Fudge...umm followed by our Cranberry Rum Fudge and finally our Rum and Raisin Fudge. I implore you to give them a try you will not be disappointed.

I am happy to let you know that all our products 100% of them are created In-House. The rest are curated locally by talented local artisans.
