Hi, my Canada Post tracking information is showing delays, errors, and my products have not arrived on the estimated date of arrival. Can you help?
If you are tracking your packing on the Canada Post website and it shows any errors. It could be that they are either updating their systems or someone might have keyed in the wrong information on their system. If after a few tries and the error information continues, I would advise you to contact Canada Post via their 1(866) 607-6301 customer service line to find out further information regarding your package.

Please note that Canada Post is experiencing higher than normal deliveries and delays at this time due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Also, expected arrival dates estimated by the Canada Post system (which are based on the time and date the order was shipped) are just that estimates and actual arrival times may not be as expected. For any shipping issues, please contact Canada Post's customer service directly at 1(866) 607-6301. If you accidentally input incorrect shipping information and your package is returned to us, you can either be refunded for the order (less shipping) or choose to have your parcel re-shipped for the additional shipping cost.
Hello, my parcel has been lost in the mail and have arrived damaged due to the shipping process. Can you help?
We are so sorry to hear that your package has been lost or damaged during shipping. We want to make sure all our customers' needs are satisfied. If a parcel never arrives or arrives damaged, we will work together to file an insurance claim with Canada Post. This process takes about a month (4-6 weeks) or more and requires the cooperation of both the shipper and receiver. Once the claim has been successful, we will either refund the order or replace your items. If any items have gone out of stock during that time, a refund will be issued for these items, minus the shipping cost. We are happy to serve you and want to make sure that all your orders reach you on time and in good condition.
Our goal is to make sure that your order arrives in good condition and you are happy with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us by phone or email immediately. We also request that you take an image of your damaged item or items with the package and send us this information via email. Our company will work with you to either replace the product or products (minus any shipping fees.
