Shipping within Canada

 

***Please Note: Canada Post is experiencing delays throughout its supply chain daily due to COVID 19. Due to the high volume of orders, delivery times with Canada Post may be delayed, depending on a particular location, the time the order was shipped, and due to weather delays. Heavy rain, storms, heavy snow.

Packing and Shipping Your Order

As soon as your order is received, we will start packing your items on the same day the order is received. To streamline the shipping process and make it more productive and time-efficient due to COVID 19, all orders placed before 12 pm-midnight of the said day are shipped by Canada Post the next day. For example, If your order was placed on or before 12 pm-midnight Tuesday, your order will be shipped the next business day Wednesday by Canada Post. Subsequently, any orders placed after 12 pm-midnight on Tuesday will be shipped out o the following Wednesday.

Every order, no matter how small always receives the highest priority. We do value all our customers. Once your order is packed, and we generate your Canada Post shipping label, you will be emailed a tracking number###### through our automated system. Once your order is scanned by Canada Post, you will begin to see tracking information on the status of your package or packages movement daily.

Canada Post Delays

Canada Post's top priority is to deliver packages on time to all destinations across Canada. The safety of all their staff comes first. During the COVID 19 pandemic, Canada Post wants to make sure that the people and the communities they serve across Canada are safe.

During the last few months, Canada Post has seen a significant increase in parcel volumes as Canadians stay home and shop more online. With current parcel volumes at Christmas levels, the safety measures that were put in place were implemented in the processing facilities means it is taking a bit longer to process all the packages. Due to the high volume of deliveries for this time of the year, customers should anticipate delays.

Additionally, expected arrival dates estimated by the Canada Post system, are base on the day the item was ordered and are just estimates. Please note that estimates and actual arrival times may not be as expected. If you have any concerns about your package or packages, please contact Canada Post's customer service directly.

If you feel that you may have incorrectly input the wrong shipping information and your package returns to our company, we can do one of two things. We can either refund you for the order less shipping cost or choose to have your parcel reshipped for the additional shipping.

Does my parcel require a signature once it arrives?

Canada Post understands some people are reluctant to sign for an item now, and they have adjusted their processes. Where possible, and to avoid contact, they will not ask customers for their signature, except for the following products:

  • Proof of Identity (POI) items

  • Proof of Age (POA) items

  • COD items

  • Items with customs due

 

Signature items will now be left at your address. The same applies to customs items that have been prepaid in full online but still require a signature.

For POI, POA, COD items, and items with customs due: Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card (DNC) that directs you to your local post office for pick up.

Delivery Guarantee: Please note: Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information when shipping your products, we reserve the right to make corrections based on the information that you provide us. If an error does occur. Please check all addresses that you provide us.

Additional Shipping & Processing Information:

Standard shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price of merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address and are intended to cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order. Standard shipping and processing deliver within 3-7 business days to most postal codes in Canada and Zip Codes to the United States. As well, we ship to the UK and Australia.
