Q: How can I use The Everything Hot Sauce?

A: Wow! There are so many uses for this sauce. Use it as your everyday marinade for chicken, pork, fish, beef, sausages, egg dishes. Add just a 1/4 cup of this fab sauce to your marinades. Leave for 15-20 mins and cook your meats on the stovetop or in the oven.
Add to Grilled vegetables, sauteed vegetables, homemade fries, your favorite cheeses, and more


Q: What is an Immunity Elixir?

A: Talk about a product that is uncomplicated and works! Created out of Love for my children in wanting to help protect them from COVID 19 and keep them safe. Add 2TBS of this amazing Elixir to your smoothies or favorite cold beverage at any time of the day. Daily Use: Use only once or twice throughout the day.  This Immunity Elixir is made from fresh oranges, lemons, rosemary, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, peppers, ginger, and garlic and left to cure for three (3) weeks.

Q: Is the Immunity Elixir safe if I am Pregnant or Nursing?
A: Due to the nature of the product and some of the Ingredients used such as ginger, garlic, rosemary thyme, peppers, lemons, apple cider vinegar,
etc. I would recommend you consult with your Physician or Health Care Provider before consuming this product. If you feel that there are ingredients in this product that you may be allergic to, I again implore you to consult with your Physician or Health Care Provider.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

Q: Do you offer an Add to Wishlist feature on your Website?
A: I'm happy you asked! We do offer a Wishlist Feature on our website on each of our product pages. First, you need to be registered with us first or if you already have an account, log in to your account. Select the product you wish to purchase by clicking on that product. Once your product comes up, look in the far right-hand corner you will see a "Heart-Shaped Icon." Click on it and your favourite item will be added to your wishlist.


Q: How are my purchases shipped?

Q: Can I place large group orders?

A: Yes, but orders over 20+ Jars require a 7-day notice. Every product we make is all prepared in small batches for higher quality.


Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: While doing your shopping you will be able to modify your order by adding or deleting items in your shopping cart. If you submit your order for purchase you will be able to cancel that order if you contact us immediately. We will then proceed to refund you your money. If you fail to contact us immediately. You will not be refunded for your purchase. It is important to make sure that you are ready to place your order.

Q: How should I store my preserves or shortbread treat?

A: Once opened please store all your leftover preserves in said jar and place in the refrigerator and try to consume it within 3 weeks. Do not place your preserves near direct heat or sunlight or in the Freezer. Thank you. For your Shortbread treats. Once open, store all leftover shortbread in said container, close lid on jar and store at room temperature. Do not place in the Fridge or Freezer. Your Immunity Elixir once opened store all leftovers in the same jar. Close lid tightly and store at room temperature.

Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?

A: As soon as your order is received, we will start packing your items on the same day the order is received. To streamline the shipping process and make it more productive and time-efficient due to COVID 19, all orders placed before 12 pm-midnight of the said day are shipped by Canada Post the next day. For example, If your order was placed on or before 12 pm-midnight Tuesday, your order will be shipped the next business day Wednesday Morning. Subsequently, any orders placed after 12 pm-midnight on Tuesday will be shipped out o the following Wednesday. Orders from 10-40 items or more need to be made 48 hours in advance.


Q: How are my products shipped?

A: Your products are carefully packaged and shipping in boxes that contain bubble, foam, or break-resistant packing materials. Every Jar is made from scratch in small batches to ensure maximum quality and freshness. All products are then shipped in a heavy-duty corrugated box.


Q: When will my shipping order arrive?

A: You can select your delivery date. Orders placed by 12 pm EST (Midnight of Tuesday) will be shipped out the next day the Wednesday Morning. We use Canada Post as our third party delivery and while we do our very best to have your order arrive on the day you selected, we cannot guarantee the exact day and time of delivery.
